1. Service Bookings (Salon Services)

All beauty services such as facials, hair treatments, makeup, threading, spa, and skin care are provided on appointment or walk-in basis.

Cancellations

  • Appointments can be cancelled or rescheduled up to 12 hours before the scheduled time.
  • Late cancellations or no-shows may not be eligible for any refund.

Refunds for Services

  • Once a service has been started or completed, no refund will be issued.
  • If a customer is not satisfied, we will try to resolve the issue by offering a correction or re-service, where possible.

2. Product Purchases (Beauty Products)

If you purchase beauty or cosmetic products from our website or salon:

Replacement Policy

We offer a 15-day replacement for eligible items.

You may request a replacement if:

  • The product is damaged
  • The product is defective
  • You received a wrong item

To be eligible:

  • The product must be unused
  • The original packaging, invoice, and tags must be intact
  • The request must be made within 15 days of delivery

3. Non-Refundable Items

The following items are NOT eligible for refund or replacement:

  • Used or opened cosmetic products
  • Broken due to customer handling
  • Damaged after delivery
  • Products without original packaging
  • Discounted or clearance items
  • Personal hygiene and makeup products (for safety reasons)

4. Refund Policy

We do not provide cash refunds for beauty products.

Refunds will only be issued if:

  • A replacement is not available for a defective product
  • The issue is verified and approved by our support team

Approved refunds will be credited back to the original payment method within 7–10 business days.


5. How to Request a Replacement or Refund

  • Photo of damaged or defective item
  • Short explanation
